IAMIP in the jury that appoints this year´s Nano Company

IAMIP´s own expert in nanotechnology, Ervin Dubaric is part of the expert jury when the Swedish Nano Company 2016 will be appointed on Friday the 20th of May.

The event takes place in NanoForum 2016 at IVA Conference Centre, Grev Turegatan 16 in Stockholm.

The finalists in this year's competition are:

ChromoGenics: The company with the smart glass ConverLight. A unique glass surface created using nanotechnology where you can control the transparency of glass.

Disruptive Materials: The company that was formed around the material Upsalite, a material that can absorb moisture like almost nothing else can. Since the start in 2013, thousands of potential customers has showed interest in the material.

CR Competence: A consulting firm with expertise in chemistry and physics. They have supervised many projects, such as in nano chemistry, nano physics and nano-medicine.

The finalists are judged in a number of criteria including nano content, customers/sales, business plan, economics, scalability and of course presentation.

This year's prize is a subscription to P2ALS, the markets most easy-to-use and collaborative tool where you extract competitive information, track patents, find and follow interesting technologies and drive innovations. A whole year subscription for the winner and six months for the other two finalists.
