Chief Operating Officer

As IamIP is expanding we are looking for a new COO who will, together with our CEO, create a dream-team and take us to the next level. 

Key areas of responsibility

As COO you will work in collaboration with the CEO and lead the internal operations. You will have the overall responsibility for finance, bookkeeping, salary payments, payments, invoicing, VAT and tax, liquidity reports, budgets as well as forecast based on input from Sales (CEO). You are accountable for keeping a continued successful relationship with the accounting agency, auditors as well as banks.

You will also be responsible for all HR matters among the existing employees (14 FTE) and manage individual performance by establishing KPI:s and secure follow-up with regular reviews. You will establish annual development plans for the employees and provide frequent coaching. You are also directly responsible for the development team in Poland, currently a team of 5 employees. This will require recurring trips to Poland.

As the COO you will manage and drive the operational launch of our Software G2. This includes customer onboarding, customer training, consulting etc. There are currently 3 employees in this group who also function as Tech-Sales support.

You will oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, contracts and legal activities such as client contracts, partnership agreements and vendor contracts.

Requirements/Experience:

You have strong leadership skills, including experience from leading teams within different functional areas together as well as leading teams and individuals from different countries. You have well-documented experience in finance operations, preferably as an auditor. You have experience with start-ups or from developing smaller companies through investor relations. Experience from IT and SW companies are preferable.

As a person you are well structured and process-oriented, thus used to establishing and implementing efficient processes. You thrive in international environments and are fluent in Swedish, English and preferably German.

CTO / Lead Software engineer (m/F) based in szczecin, poland

Your Job:

Developing the technology strategy. Anticipating and reacting to major technology changes by recommending the right technologies for the company needs to stay state-of-the-art. 

Generating new products together with product owners and facilitating their entry to market. Providing direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration.

Managing a team of 5-8 Software Engineers with agile methodologies through development, testing and implementation stages. Technology stack: PHP,  Symfony, MongoDB, MySQL, Ruby, JavaScript, React.

Taking responsibility for project planning and resource management. Providing an efficient working environment ensuring standard operating procedures and project guidelines. 

Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. Estimating project budgets, coordinating funding and planning for purchasing of equipment and hardware. Building quality assurance and data protection processes.  Supervising software testing, information systems security and maintenance.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements. Experience with web application development, API development and implementing micro-service based deployments.

Good knowledge of different programming languages, particularly in PHP; at least 3 years + hands on coding in PHP, framework Symfony 

At least 3 years experiences in MongoDB and MySQL

Experience in leading a team using Scrum, ideally Scrum master experience

Proficient in handling complex technical development projects, including managing testing and production deployment phases

Proven experience in a leadership role in a fast growing company

Ability to think ahead and great interest in latest software tools and technologies

Problem solving mindset

Ability to work well in a team, excellent communication skills

Aufgaben:

Recherche und Qualifizierung von Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum

Outbound-Cold-Calling innerhalb der DACH-Region 

Qualifizierung und Follow-up von Inbound Leads (DACH); Kontaktaufnahme zu potenziellen Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und Web Sessions zum Aufsetzen sowie Abschließen von Deals

Mitarbeit an Outbound-Marketingkampagnen zur Umsatzsteigerung

Mitwirkung an der Produktentwicklung und Optimierung auf Basis von Kundenfeedback

Beratung und intensive Betreuung von Key-Account-Kunden inklusive Upselling


Anforderungen:

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, z. B. zum/zur Betriebswirt/-in bzw. Industriekaufmann/-frau o. Ä.

Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im Vertrieb von Technologie- bzw. Softwareunternehmen gesammelt, vorzugsweise im Bereich B2B SaaS.

Du bist eine offene Persönlichkeit und es macht dir Spaß, Kunden in Outbound-Prospect-Calls zu überzeugen.

Du hast überdurchschnittliche kommunikative Fähigkeiten – Ausdauer und Beharrlichkeit sind dein Schlüssel zum Erfolg.

Du hast eine positive, umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsauffassung und kannst dich gut selbst motivieren.

Du beherrschst Englisch sowie Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
